Sara Torres is a Master Nurse Injector, med spa owner, and certified nutrition coach with a deep passion for aesthetics, wellness, and performance optimization. She began her medical career as a surgical technologist in 2004, gaining hands-on experience in the operating room before becoming a registered nurse in 2008. She then spent 11 years as an OR nurse, refining her surgical precision and patient care expertise. In 2019, she transitioned into aesthetics, working as an injector for 6 years before opening her own med spa.
At her practice, she specializes in advanced injections, laser treatments, and regenerative therapies, including exosomes, PRP, PRF, PDGF, under-eye rejuvenation, BBL Heroic, and medical weight loss injections with personalized nutrition coaching. With her extensive medical background, she blends science, artistry, and the latest technology to deliver natural, transformative results.
Beyond aesthetics, she is an athlete and a blue belt in Krav Maga, embracing strength, discipline, and resilience in all aspects of life. As a certified nutrition coach and mother of travel baseball players, she understands the importance of nutrition, recovery, and peak performance, applying this knowledge to both her family and clients.
She is also proudly married to a trauma surgeon and surgical intensivist, Dr Ulises Torres who serves as a medical director. Together, they share a commitment to excellence in healthcare and helping others thrive.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Sara Torres is a certified Aesthetic Registered Nurse who graduated from Atlantic Union College in Massachusetts. She evaluates and treats a wide spectrum of clients with facial rejuvenation concerns.
Sara is an expert on providing all medspa services, including her signature Liquid facial “Mommy Makeover” targeting concerns of mothers of all ages, making them look younger and more refreshed with adding in sculptra as needed. Sara believes setting up a maintence plan for each individual patient is crucial and takes time to achieve correctly.
Sara is a seasoned operating room nurse of 14 years, before entering the aesthetics field since 2019 where she trained with one of the top Boston plastic surgeons and was his personal aesthetic nurse injector. She was also asked to work at a Boston area busy Med spa.
Sara lives in Prince William County, Northern VA, where she spends her spare time strength training, nutrition coaching to help women and young athletes.
